Through a person-centred approach, I support you to understand how you feel, think and believe about yourself. In doing so, you get to move towards and embrace self-acceptance, uncover your inner resources to gain more clarity and insight.<\/p>\n

My Background<\/h3>\n
I\u2019ve always dreamed of becoming a counsellor, but life took me on a different path, eventually leading me towards a career working with young people in a SEN school.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
These experiences deepened my passion for supporting others and\u00a0reminded me of my commitment to making a positive difference and providing support to help others reach their full potential. During my 12 years supporting teaching, learning, and mental wellbeing, I returned to my dream and began training to become a counsellor \u2014 they say life begins at 40, and for me, that\u2019s certainly true.<\/div>\n

I have always been fascinated by psychology, science and spirituality, with a huge emphasis on the mind, thoughts, and how our beliefs shape our lives. A lifelong love of reading, studying, and learning has guided me on my own healing journey and inspired me to want to support others.<\/div>\n

Throughout my studies and work, I also began training as a Belief Coding facilitator, expanding my knowledge and deepening my passions.<\/div>\n

Through my own journey of self-discovery and transformation, I have come to understand the power of faith, guided growth, and self-belief, and I bring these experiences into every session.<\/div>\n
